Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and build strong relationships
- Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns clearly
- Present estimates and explain recommended services
- Follow up with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure excellent workflow and communication
- Deliver a premium customer experience from start to finish
Requirements:
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience required
- Strong sales and customer communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Leadership mindset with interest in long-term career growth
Compensation:
$7,000–$10,000+ per month potential based on performance.
Base pay + uncapped commission structure.
